With over 30 years across businesses large and small - from owning SMEs to holding executive roles in corporate, franchise, and privately held companies, I’ve worked in engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and construction and seen nearly every shape change can take.
I’ve helped build businesses from the ground up, accelerated growth when things stalled, pulled a few back from the edge and made the hard calls when closure was the right path. I’ve also walked alongside founders and owners navigating the deeply personal journey of stepping back.
